1. Acceptance of Terms & Regulatory Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you ("Vendor", "User", or "Subscriber") and Zudku Digital Solution ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), the owner and operator of the LaganBook product brand and platform ("LaganBook"), having its principal operations in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. These Terms comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By downloading, accessing, or subscribing to LaganBook via our mobile application or web portal, you unequivocally accept and agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Event Business Scope
LaganBook is an enterprise SaaS business management platform engineered for Indian event industry professionals, including: • Tent house, shamiana, mandap, and infrastructure suppliers • DJ, live orchestra, sound system, and lighting rental operators • Catering vendors, halwais, and bulk food caterers • Wedding planners, event organizers, and banquet / marriage garden venues • Wedding photographers, cinematography studios, and bridal artists • Event equipment, LED video wall, power generator, and floral decorators You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into commercial contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3. 30-Day Full-Access Free Trial
• Zero-Payment 30-Day Free Trial: Every new business account receives a 30-Day Free Trial with complete, unrestricted access to all core features (booking diary, stock gate pass, WhatsApp quotation generator, clash prevention, and customer khata). • No Credit Card Required: We do NOT demand credit cards, debit card mandates, or automated recurring charges to start the trial. • No Automatic Deductions: You will never be surprised by automated deductions. At the conclusion of the 30-Day Free Trial, you retain the complete freedom to choose whether to subscribe to a paid tier or discontinue. • Account Data Continuity: If you choose to upgrade to a paid plan during or after your 30-Day Free Trial, all your pre-filled catalogs, clients, bookings, and quotes are seamlessly preserved.
4. Subscription Billing & INR Pricing (No GST Charged)
• Currency: All subscription fees and charges are denominated and billed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). • No GST Charged or Collected: Under the provisions of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, LaganBook currently operates without a GST registration and does NOT charge, levy, or collect any Goods and Services Tax (GST) from subscribers. All prices shown and charged are net commercial subscription figures with zero (0%) GST added. • Commercial Payment Slips: Subscribers receive digital commercial invoices / payment receipts for their records upon successful subscription payment. • Payment Modes: Subscriptions can be paid securely via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), RuPay/Visa/MasterCard Debit & Credit cards, and Net Banking through RBI-regulated payment aggregators. • Price Transparency: We maintain fixed pricing with zero hidden charges. Any scheduled fee modifications will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We offer a transparent, fair cancellation and refund process: • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the mobile application settings or by contacting our team at support@laganbook.com. • 7-Day Renewal Refund: If an annual plan renews and you do not wish to continue, you may request a 100% refund within 7 days of the renewal date, provided the service was not actively utilized during that billing cycle. • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original source payment account (UPI/Bank) within 5–7 banking days. • Complete Details: For full terms, conditions, and claim procedures, please review our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refund-policy.
6. Business Data Ownership & Privacy
• 100% Vendor Ownership: You retain sole and exclusive ownership of all proprietary business data entered into LaganBook, including customer directories, rental price lists, godown stock counts, supplier balances, and profit margins. • Strict Confidentiality: LaganBook will never sell, lease, or expose your client records or commercial pricing to competing vendors or third-party advertisers. • Offline Data Integrity: LaganBook is engineered with offline-first synchronization. Operations performed without internet access in remote lawns or basements will automatically synchronize safely when internet connectivity resumes.
7. Acceptable Use & Platform Integrity
You agree to use LaganBook solely for legitimate event management operations. You shall not: • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the source code or proprietary architecture of LaganBook. • Upload fraudulent booking records, forged tax invoices, or malicious software. • Use the automated WhatsApp or SMS features to spam individuals who have not engaged with your event business. • Resell, sub-license, or lease your LaganBook account credentials to external third parties without written authorization.
8. Service Uptime & Limitation of Liability
• Uptime Commitment: We target a 99.9% service uptime backed by redundant cloud infrastructure in India. Planned server maintenance will be announced with prior notification. • Offline Protection: In the event of temporary network outages or server maintenance, our offline mode ensures zero interruption to on-ground truck dispatch and booking records. • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permissible under Indian law, LaganBook's maximum aggregate financial liability for any operational dispute shall not exceed the subscription fees actually paid by you in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
9. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
• Governing Law: These Terms and all related commercial interactions shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. • Exclusive Jurisdiction: In the event of any legal dispute, controversy, or litigation arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties mutually agree that the competent civil courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India shall have exclusive territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction. • Mediation & Arbitration: Prior to initiating formal litigation, the parties shall endeavor to resolve any dispute through amicable mutual negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration conducted in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, in the English or Hindi language, under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
