LaganBook gives you complete control over your personal and event business data. Learn how to permanently delete your account and associated records.

Delete Your Account Directly From the Mobile App
You can immediately initiate account deletion at any time without contacting support:
- Open the LaganBook app on your Android or iOS device.
- Tap on the Profile / More tab in the bottom navigation menu.
- Select Settings & Privacy > Account Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete My Account.
- Read the confirmation notice and enter your confirmation PIN or tap Confirm Deletion.
⚡ Once confirmed, your active login session is revoked and your account is scheduled for immediate purge.

Submit a Web Deletion Request via Email
If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your device, our data compliance team can manually process your deletion request:
Email: support@laganbook.com
Subject: Request to Delete LaganBook Account
Include in your message: Your registered business name, registered WhatsApp mobile number, and Google Login email address.
What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained
Data Permanently Deleted:
- Google Login OpenID tokens & avatar photo
- Vendor profile & contact information
- Client contact directory & khata records
- Booking diary entries & calendar events
- Equipment inventory catalogs & godown logs
- Custom rate cards & combo packages
- Device tokens & notification preferences
Data Retained Under Statutory Law:
- Tax & Commercial Payment Invoices: Retained for up to 7 years in compliance with Section 128 of the Indian Companies Act, 2013 and GST/tax accounting regulations.
- Dispute Logs: Basic transaction reference IDs may be retained if an active chargeback or fraud inquiry exists.
Disconnecting Google Login Directly From Google
You can also revoke LaganBook’s connection to your Google Account at any time directly through Google’s official security portal:
