We collect only what is strictly required to run your bookings, store data on secure Indian cloud servers, never sell your data, and provide full transparency under India's DPDP Act, 2023. 1. Introduction & Regulatory Framework

Zudku Digital Solution ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), the owner and operator of the LaganBook product brand and platform ("LaganBook"), headquartered in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, is dedicated to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of all Indian event service businesses, vendors, and clients who use our mobile and web applications. This Privacy Policy complies with: • The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) • The Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act) • The Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 • The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 • Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements) • Google Play Store Developer Program Policies (Data Safety & Account Deletion) By using LaganBook (including during our 30-Day Free Trial or signing in via Google), you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your information as outlined in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal data essential to provide event business management, quotation making, and gate pass services: • Business Identity: Firm/Business name, proprietor name, GSTIN (optional), registered address, and business category (Tent house, DJ sound, Catering, Photography, Decorator, etc.). • Contact Information: Mobile number (WhatsApp), alternate phone number, and email address. • Google Account Data (When using "Sign in with Google"): If you choose to log in via Google OAuth 2.0, we collect your basic public profile information: full name, verified email address, profile avatar picture URL, and unique Google account identifier (UID). We do NOT request or access any sensitive Google account permissions such as your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Contacts, or Google Calendar. • Operational & Booking Records: Event dates, client names, phone numbers, venue addresses, booked items, inventory catalogs, gate pass logs, advance token payments, and ledger entries entered by you. • Device & Technical Data: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, IP address, and application crash reports to ensure offline sync stability. • Payment Processing Data: Transaction reference IDs and payment receipt timestamps. We do NOT store debit/credit card numbers or UPI MPINs; all transactions are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree, UPI).

3. Google Sign-In & OAuth 2.0 User Data Policy

LaganBook offers "Sign in with Google" to provide a safe, passwordless, and seamless login experience across mobile and web platforms. Our handling of Google user data strictly adheres to the following standards: • Limited Access Scopes: We only request basic Google identity scopes (openid, profile, and email). We never access restricted Google services such as Gmail, Google Drive, or personal Google Contacts. • Purpose of Processing: Information received from Google is used exclusively for: 1. Authenticating your identity and creating your LaganBook account. 2. Displaying your name and profile picture in your business profile. 3. Providing passwordless, secure multi-device account access. 4. Sending essential transactional notices and booking updates. • Google Limited Use Disclosure: "LaganBook's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements." • Zero Data Sale or Monetization: Google user data is NEVER sold, rented, leased, or traded to third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers. We do not use Google account data to serve personalized advertisements. • Revocation of Permissions: You can revoke LaganBook's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Security Settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. • Deletion of Google Data: If you request deletion of your LaganBook account, all data obtained via Google Sign-In is permanently deleted from our active databases in accordance with our account deletion policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly utilized for core business operations: • Providing 30-Day Free Trial and subscription services. • Generating branded PDF quotations, invoices, truck gate passes, and token advance receipts. • Enabling double-booking clash alerts and event calendar schedules. • Sending critical SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app booking reminders and system updates. • Providing customer support and technical troubleshooting via email at support@laganbook.com. • Complying with statutory accounting and financial record-keeping obligations under Indian law.

5. Data Sovereignty & Storage Within India

In accordance with Indian data protection norms: • All customer data, booking diaries, and business catalogs are stored on secure cloud servers located physically within the Republic of India (e.g., AWS Asia Pacific Mumbai / GCP Delhi regions). • We do NOT transfer personal or business data outside India without prior explicit consent and compliance with DPDP Act cross-border transfer rules. • We maintain automated daily backups to protect your records from loss.

6. Strict Zero Data Sale Policy

We have a strict Zero Data Sale Policy: • We NEVER sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal or business data to advertisers, aggregators, or third parties. • Your client lists, rental rates, and purchase costs remain 100% confidential and private to your business account. • Data is shared only with verified service providers (e.g., SMS gateways, WhatsApp Cloud API, cloud hosting) bound by strict non-disclosure obligations, or when required by an order from an Indian law enforcement authority or court of competent jurisdiction in India.

7. Your Rights Under DPDP Act, 2023

As a data principal under Indian law, you have the following enforceable rights: • Right to Access: Request a summary of personal and business data processed by LaganBook. • Right to Correction & Updating: Rectify inaccurate or incomplete contact or business information. • Right to Erasure: Request permanent deletion of your account and operational records upon trial expiration or subscription termination (subject to statutory tax retention rules). • Right to Grievance Redressal: File a complaint directly with our designated Grievance Officer. • Right to Nominate: Nominate an individual to manage your data in case of incapacity. 8. Data Retention & Account Deletion (Google Play Compliance)

In accordance with Google Play Store policies and Indian data regulations, we provide full transparency and simple mechanisms to delete your account and personal data: • How to Delete Your Account In-App: Open the LaganBook mobile app > Navigate to "Profile / Settings" > Click "Account" > Select "Delete Account" and confirm. • How to Delete Your Account via Web: If you cannot access the app, you can submit an account and data deletion request via our dedicated deletion portal at https://laganbook.com/delete-account or email us directly at support@laganbook.com with the subject line "Request Account Deletion" from your registered email address. • What Happens to Your Data: - Your login credentials, Google OAuth tokens, personal profile, and uploaded avatars are permanently purged immediately. - Operational event bookings, quotations, and staff roster entries are wiped from active production databases within 30 days. • Statutory Tax Retention: Commercial invoices and tax accounting records may be retained for up to 7 years in compliance with Section 128 of the Indian Companies Act, 2013 and applicable Indian GST/tax regulations, after which they are securely scrubbed.
